Where it all began...
We always found it difficult to source high quality Halal beef within the UK. High Street Halal butchers would often look confused when we asked for a grass-fed, dry-aged steak let alone more finer and exclusive cuts of beef such as USDA or Wagyu. Poor quality and a lack of
intra-muscular marbling combined with a lack of knowledge and education made us feel like we were searching for the Holy Grail.

We are 3 passionate individuals who are looking to change the game and revolutionise the Halal beef industry. We are true foodies at heart and have an artisan small butcher mentality where you will receive a personal touch and outstanding customer service you would expect at your local high street butcher, with the convenience of having your top quality, premium mail order meat delivered directly to your door.

Animal Welfare
We believe the better its treated, the better it tastes...
Animal welfare is very important to us. All the beef sourced by us come from cows that are humanely treated. The farms we source our beef from do not use any growth hormones, antibiotics, alcohol or any of the nasty stuff.
The farms ensure the cows have a 100% vegetarian diet. For us, it's about how the cows are raised and treated. Whether it’s grass-fed or grain-fed beef, animal treatment and diet is paramount.
