What is British Wagyu?

Our British Wagyu is pure excellence and excels any other beef produced in Great Britain. It is a luxurious beef produced by cattle naturally and carefully raised in natural conditions within idyllic countryside favouring the raising of beef cattle on pasture. Along with extensive farming techniques, the farm uses Full-Blood Wagyu genetics cross-bred with traditional UK breeds, from the well known Aberdeen Angus to the more exclusive breeds such as Dexter, Longhorn or Shorthorn. The natural environment on the beautiful pastures where the cattle are raised allow the Wagyu cattle to grow in the most perfect conditions similar to those found in Japan.
