Halal is Arabic for ‘permissible’. Animals must be kept in a humane condition and must be alive and healthy at the time of slaughter. The slaughter method is known as dhabiha which involves slaughter through a cut to the jugular vein, carotid artery and windpipe.

All our beef is slaughtered under strict Halal Islamic guidelines. The beef is certified Halal by the relevant authorities in their respective countries.
Halal certificates are available upon request.
